Penfield High School Senior Pictures

Family Pictures with High School Seniors: Fairport NY Photographers

Bella’s senior portrait session wouldn’t have been the same without including the rest of the family: Mom and Zada, their Italian Mastiff.

Part two of her Senior Pictures took place at the hidden gem that is Corbett’s Glen. (If you missed part one, find it here.)

It was clear to see the special bond these two beautiful ladies share, and I was honored to capture a little family portrait for them.

Say ‘hey’ to Stephanie and Bella!

Cheers!

Penfield NY Senior Pictures: Class of 2022, Bella

Bella is a Class of 2022, Penfield High School Senior. It was my pleasure to capture her senior pictures last summer. Here’s the quick recap!

Before hitting Ellison Park for Bella’s casual, fun, senior portrait session, we made a stop at her old Elementary School, just around the corner.

This was a first for me, but I loved the intention behind it. Bella and her mother wanted to show the scope of schooling in her senior pictures, from the beginning in Kindergarten to now as she graduates. They brought along her Kindergarten photo and we took some sweet photos with in her old stomping grounds as a kid.

The sentimentality continued, when she wore a t-shirt honoring her late grandfather and his passion for restoring old cars. We had such a nice night finding natural spots to compliment Bella’s beauty. Stay tuned for part 2, when we got mom in on the fun!

Congrats Bella!

Gabriel's Backyard Senior Pictures in Pittsford NY

Gabriel is a Pittsford Sutherland High School Senior who came to us for some simple, but fantastic senior pictures.

Sometimes, your backyard is all you need for your senior portrait session. That and a great smile! Gabriel is an actor, so smiling came natural to him in these headshots. And since he and his family were planning to move, the backyard served as a convenient, and also a nostalgic setting. The trees offered up their natural beauty for late Fall, and I loved the brilliant blue of his old play house.

Best of luck in your endeavors Gabriel!

Penfield High School Senior Portraits: Jordyn Class of 2021

Jordyn is the youngest of four siblings. When I began my photography career (an unmentioned number of years ago), her family was one of my very first clients. At the time, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

I had no idea that all these years later, I would photograph each one of their senior portraits as well. It’s humbling.

But enough about me, let’s share about Jordyn.

Jordyn wanted a flower filled scene for her senior pictures. Webster Arboretum gave us plenty of opportunity to make that happen.

When she laughs, her whole face lights up. She’s smart (pre-law anyone?) and kind, and believes that what’s meant to be will always find a way.

Jordyn - we wish you every success as you graduate as part of Penfield High School’s Class of 2021. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to capture this moment in your life.

Penfield High School Senior & Family Pictures: Sean

Part family session, part senior session, all fun! What's better than hanging out in your backyard with your sisters and parents?

For his senior portraits, Sean wanted to keep it simple. He selected his favorite shirt, his favorite tree, and a beautiful summer night. I loved creating images for this gang of easy going people for them to cherish as Sean heads into his senior year at Penfield High School and beyond.

Say hello to Sean and family!

Penfield High School Senior Portraits: Shannon

Shannon is smart and sweet. She enjoys time with friends on adventures all around town and drawing. The crazy part, is that she and her siblings were some of my very first clients over 5 years ago. Now she's part of the Class of 2018, considering going into the field of nursing – and I'm totally aging myself.

We met up with her this month to create some amazing senior pictures for her. We had a lot of fun finding beautiful light and great locations at the George Eastman Museum.

As you can see, we had no trouble with either. It helps that Shannon's awesome smile lights up her portraits and everyone around her.

Thanks, Shannon for a great evening of portraits, and best wishes for a great senior year!

Tim: Penfield Wrestling & Football High School Senior Pictures

If you are looking for Tim, you'll either find him on the wrestling mat, the football field, or hanging out by the bridge with his friends.

As it turns out, the bridge in Ellison Park where he spends his time is also an awesome spot for senior portraits! Between that and the Penfield High School Stadium, we had 2 perfect backdrops. Tim's older sisters were in town, so they joined in the fun too.

This session was everything I hope for in a senior portrait session, great people, fun times and awesome results. See for yourself, and call for your session before it's too late!

Penfield High School Senior: Morgan

Morgan is just so darn cute and easy going! Her high school senior session started at the University of Rochester because of their amazing architecture. As we arrived, didn't it start to sprinkle? Doesn't matter, we played in the rain!

The rain didn't last long though, so we popped over to Genesee Valley Park for the remainder of the session. It was a fitting spot, being surrounded by the waters Morgan rows in.

Oh, did I mention how sweet she is? For the last shot of her session, she donned her grandfathers sweater and hat in his memory.  I love this idea, and enjoyed swapping stories about our grandfathers as we walked together.

Thanks for a great session Morgan, and have a wonderful year!

It was an honor to work with Vinnie and Cinnamon this year! Vinnie is the senior class President at Penfield High School, the libero for the varsity volleyball team, and owner of Cinnamon-- the adorable little dog. We hit up the beach volleyball court at Fellows Road, even though Vinnie mostly plays indoor. The location gave us lots of possibilities, and we even saw the first few leaves on the ground. Hard to imagine, as now they are all gone! If you don't know Vinnie, you should. He is a really great kid with a bright future for sure. Thanks for choosing Lori and Erin Photography, and best wishes for a fantastic year! -Lori

Penfield High School Senior Portraits: Delaney

Delaney is a little bit shy, into writing and reading, and loves the outdoors. Naturally, we encouraged all of those activities when we were setting up her senior portrait experience, even the shy part. For her senior session, we went to Linear Park in Penfield and found the perfect out-of-the-way spots to let her be her. The shoot was simple and smooth, and she did much better than she gives herself credit for. Delaney was a pleasure to work with and we love the results! Here's our favorites!
